Eligibility

2. This promotion is open to those aged 18 or over only. 

3. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, employees or immediate family members of any third party companies associated with the promotion, prize providers or agencies assisting with the promotion operation may not enter any promotion.

4. Promotional Period: This promotion opens on 00:01 on 01.07.2022 and closes on 23:59 on 30.09.22

How to Enter

5. To enter:
   1. Buy a qualifying Coca-Cola product and take a photo of it on board a Ryanair flight
   2. Share your photo on Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #Ryanairinflight
   3. Register and upload a screengrab of your Instagram/Twitter post to www.wincokeholiday.com

6. Qualifying products: 330ml can of Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta Orange, Sprite No Sugar or a 150ml can of Schweppes Tonic, Schweppes Slimline Tonic, Schweppes Ginger Ale or 200ml pouch of Capri-Sun.

7. Entrants must have access to the internet, a working telephone number and an email address. 

8. A maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day and a maximum of 1 prize may be won per person. 
   
9. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

10. Any entrant using third party entries, trying to circumvent the rules, is acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, or entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these rules in full will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.

Prize

11. There is 1 prize available to be won in total.

12. Prize: 7 nights’ accommodation (1 twin or double room) in a 5* hotel in Santorini, Greece for 2 adults including return economy flights on the Ryanair network. Prize also includes return airport transfer in Santorini, daily breakfast at the hotel, a single sunset dining experience, ATOL protection and comprehensive travel insurance.
    The holiday is valid for travel between May and October 2022/2023, excluding travel over bank holidays in the country of departure. All travel must be completed by 31^st October 2023. 
    The hotel will be selected by our travel prize provider from a list of preferred options based on ratings and reviews. The winner will get to select their hotel at the time of booking, based on availability but any requests relating to airport, airline or hotels cannot be guaranteed. All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to the flight and hotel availability at the time of booking. The winner should notify the travel provider at least six weeks in advance of their preferred travel dates.

13. Home domestic airport transfers, meals, spending money and all other expenses not expressly stated as being included as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. 
    
14. Once the holiday has been booked, it cannot be amended or cancelled. If, after redeeming their prize and as a result of unforeseen circumstances the winner is no longer able to take up their prize, the winner must notify the Promoter and its agents as soon as reasonably practicable. The Promoter may re-arrange the delivery of the prize at its sole discretion and any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the travel provider.

15. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure that they are available to travel on the relevant dates and hold valid passports (or ID cards), any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday.

16.  The winner will be responsible for the payment of any taxes applicable on the value of the prize in accordance with the local laws of the winner’s country of residence. 

Winner Selection and How to Redeem your Prize

17. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received using a computer system producing verifiably random results.  

18. Winner Notification: The 1 x winner will find be notified within 5 working days of the promotion’s end date, using the contact details provided on entry. 

19. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner if they have failed to supply complete and/or accurate information for delivery of the prize. However, if a winner has not responded within 10 working days, or if a selected winner is ineligible, in breach of these rules, or unable to take up the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the winner’s prize entitlement and select an alternative winner in line with these rules.

20. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance and/or delivery.

21. Prize Fulfilment: Once the winner has accepted their prize, they will be supplied with a winning code and contact details to make arrangements directly with the travel provider. 

General

22. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these rules. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these rules, or of the spirit of this promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry and/or disqualify an entrant or a winner. 

23. In the event of a discrepancy between these rules and the details in the promotional material, these rules will prevail.

24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter. Any information you provide as part of this promotion is provided to the Promoter and not Twitter. Entrants to this promotion hereby release Twitter from any claim or liability suffered in connection with this promotion.

25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Any information you provide as part of this promotion is provided to the Promoter and not Instagram. Entrants to this promotion hereby release Instagram from any claim or liability suffered in connection with this promotion.

26. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered.  There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
    The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original or vary these rules due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.
    The Promoter will accept no responsibility for hotels/tours/transport companies being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this the Promoter will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

27. If a prize is not redeemed within its validity period, the prize will become null and void and will not be reinstated.

28. By submitting an entry, the entrant confirms and warrants that:

• all images forming part of their entry (“Content”) are original works by the entrant, do not contain any third party material, are not defamatory and do not infringe third party rights;
• there are no conflicting agreements in place that restrict usage of such Content;
• they have consent from all individuals shown in any Content submitted to use such Content for the purposes of the entry and any such individuals have waived all rights they may have in relation to such use; and
• if the Content shows or contains information about a person under 18, he/she has obtained parental or guardian consent to the submission of the Content for the purposes of the entry.

29. The entrant waives all moral rights, in and to the Content including all such rights which they may now or at any time in the future be entitled to under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world and hereby grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable and royalty-free licence to use the Content in any way it sees fit. 

30. The Promotor and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants for the purposes of administering this promotion. 

31. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

32. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize.

33. Winner’s name and county will be available within 3 months of the closing date by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Coca-Cola Ryanair Promotion, Mesh Marketing Limited, 12-16 Laystall Street, London, United Kingdom EC1R 4PF. If the winner wishes to object to their name and county being made available in the winners list, they must inform the Promoter when they are contacted by the Promoter and/or its agents to redeem their prize. Please note that the Promoter may still be required to share this information with regulators and/or other law enforcement authorities.

34. Winners agree to take part in and co-operate fully with reasonable publicity without any fee being payable.

35. These rules (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
